Small Business Series: Supporting Mental Health in the Workplace with QPR Training Mental health plays a critical role in employee well-being, productivity, and workplace culture. In this Small Business Series session, we’ll explore how small businesses can foster a more supportive environment—starting with practical tools to recognize when someone may be struggling. This session features QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) training, an evidence-based approach that teaches participants how to recognize the warning signs of a mental health crisis—including suicide risk—how to open up a supportive conversation, and how to connect individuals to professional help. You’ll learn: Whether you're a business owner, team leader, or employee, this training empowers you to be part of a healthier, more responsive work environment.
