Description

Broken Arrow is home to more than 300 manufacturers, making our city one of Oklahoma’s leading hubs for innovation, production, and economic growth.

Each year, the Broken Arrow Chamber and Economic Development Corporation come together to recognize the vital role manufacturing plays in strengthening our community and driving our local economy.

This year’s Manufacturing Luncheon will feature a panel discussion, Building the Next Generation of Skilled Manufacturing Talent, bringing together manufacturing and workforce leaders from across the region to explore what it takes to build and sustain high-caliber teams in Broken Arrow.

Panelists will discuss some of the most pressing workforce topics facing manufacturers today, including recruiting and retaining high-demand skilled talent, the impact of automation and emerging technology, and developing strong talent pipelines to support continued industry growth.
