Description

This event will provide valuable insights to support your leadership journey while celebrating the conclusion of this year’s Leadership Broken Arrow program. The evening will include a graduation ceremony honoring participants, along with time to connect and celebrate leadership in our community.

Featured speaker Sara Gallagher, President of The Persimmon Group, brings more than 15 years of experience helping organizations improve how their teams operate. She has worked with leaders across industries to identify what slows teams down and how to fix it.

In her presentation, Meaningful Work, Well-Executed: How to Lead Smarter, Faster, Kinder Teams, Sara will address a common challenge. Teams often have strong people and clear goals, yet progress still feels slow. She will share insights on the hidden factors that affect how teams work, along with three practical ways to reduce friction, build trust, and help teams perform at a higher level. These ideas are simple, actionable, and relevant for both large organizations and small teams.


Pricing

Registration and Refund Policy: Payment is due at the time of registration. A full refund will be issued if notification to the chamber is received 5 business days prior to the event. After 5 businesses days refunds will not be issued, but the registration will be transferable to another party in the same member business.
